1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

"Panyarat" / "We" / "Us" / "Our"

Refers to Panyarat, the course provider operating at 99 Charoenkrung Soi 36, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand.

"User" / "You" / "Participant"

Any individual who accesses our website, inquires about our courses, or enrolls in any Panyarat program.

"Service" / "Course"

Any educational program, workshop, session, or advisory service offered by Panyarat, including but not limited to the three courses listed on our website.

"Content"

All materials provided as part of a course, including session recordings, templates, guides, worksheets, and written resources.

"Agreement"

These Terms and Conditions together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which together govern your relationship with Panyarat.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or enrolling in any course, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Thai law.
• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• Where you enroll on behalf of a family group, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and that all participating family members have been informed of these terms.
• You understand that these terms may be updated and that continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current version.

If you do not agree to these terms, we respectfully ask that you do not proceed with enrollment.

3. Service Description

Panyarat offers structured educational courses focused on family wealth communication and household financial coordination for adults over 40. Our current offerings include:

Course content, session formats, and supporting materials may be adjusted to better serve participants while preserving the core educational objectives. Where material changes occur, enrolled participants will be notified in advance.

Services are delivered in the Bangkok metropolitan area and may be offered remotely where agreed in writing.

4. Enrollment and Accounts

Enrollment is completed through the contact form on our website or by direct arrangement with our team. Upon receipt of your inquiry, we will confirm availability and provide enrollment details.

• Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an agreed payment schedule.
• You are responsible for providing accurate contact and personal details at the time of enrollment.
• Where a course involves multiple family members, the primary enrollee is responsible for ensuring all participants are aware of and agree to these terms.
• Account credentials or access links provided for course materials are personal and must not be shared with individuals outside the enrolled family group.

5. User Responsibilities

To support a productive learning environment for all participants, we ask that you:

• Attend scheduled sessions punctually and participate with respect for other participants.
• Keep confidential any personal or financial information shared by other participants during group sessions.
• Use course materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
• Refrain from recording sessions without the written consent of Panyarat and all other participants.
• Provide accurate information on any forms, worksheets, or planning templates completed during the course.

Prohibited activities include:

• Reproducing, distributing, or selling course materials without prior written consent.
• Using our sessions to promote third-party financial products or services.
• Misrepresenting yourself or your family's circumstances in order to receive a benefit or discount.
• Engaging in disruptive or disrespectful conduct during sessions.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, including session frameworks, templates, conversation guides, planning worksheets, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Panyarat and is protected under Thai copyright law.

Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use course materials for your own personal and family educational purposes. This license does not permit:

• Commercial use, resale, or redistribution of any materials.
• Use of our materials to develop or deliver competing courses or programs.
• Removal of any copyright notices, credits, or branding from materials.

The Panyarat name, logo, and associated visual identity are trademarks of Panyarat. Unauthorised use is not permitted.

7. Payment and Refunds

Pricing

All course fees are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and include applicable taxes. Payment is required in full prior to the commencement of your first session, unless a payment schedule has been individually arranged and confirmed in writing.

Refund Policy

• More than 14 days before commencement: Full refund, less a ฿500 administrative processing fee.
• 7 to 14 days before commencement: 50% refund.
• Fewer than 7 days before commencement: No refund, although you may transfer your enrollment to another family member or to a future cohort, subject to availability.
• After course commencement: Fees are non-refundable, except where a session is cancelled by Panyarat due to circumstances within our control.

Where Panyarat cancels or significantly reschedules a session, participants will be offered an alternative date or a proportionate refund at their preference.

Payment Methods

We accept bank transfer to our designated account. Payment details are provided upon confirmation of enrollment. We do not currently accept credit or debit card payments directly through this website.

8. Course-Specific Terms

In addition to the general terms above, the following apply to the educational nature of our courses:

• Panyarat courses are educational in nature. They do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice, and should not be treated as a substitute for professional consultation.
• Session schedules will be agreed with enrolled participants. Reasonable notice of any changes will be provided.
• A certificate of participation may be issued upon completion of all required sessions, at Panyarat's discretion. This is a record of participation, not a professional qualification.
• Missed sessions may be rescheduled where operationally possible. We cannot commit to making up every missed session, but we will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.
• Advisory sessions included with courses are intended to support the application of course content within your family context. They are not standalone financial advisory services.

9. Disclaimers

We do not represent or warrant that:

• Participation in our courses will result in any specific financial outcome for you or your family.
• The frameworks and tools provided will be suitable for every family's unique circumstances.
• Course content is free from all errors, and we reserve the right to correct materials where inaccuracies are identified.

Services are provided in good faith, with care and skill appropriate to their educational nature.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Thai law, Panyarat's total liability to any participant arising out of or in connection with these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by that participant for the course in question.

Panyarat shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your participation in our courses, including but not limited to:

• Financial decisions made by you or your family following course participation.
• Changes in family relationships or dynamics.
• Loss of income or business opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Panyarat, its instructors, advisors, and staff from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of course materials, or any unlawful conduct on your part in connection with our services.

12. Termination

Panyarat reserves the right to withdraw a participant from a course, without refund, where that participant has:

• Engaged in conduct that disrupts or harms other participants.
• Breached confidentiality obligations in respect of information shared by others.
• Used or shared course materials in an unauthorised manner.
• Provided false information during enrollment.

Where possible, we will attempt to address concerns informally before taking any such action. Clauses that by their nature survive termination — including confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability — shall remain in effect.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we ask that you contact us in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. We are committed to responding constructively and in good faith.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the parties may seek resolution through mediation or through the courts of Thailand, whose jurisdiction you accept by enrolling in our services.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational practices. When we do, the updated date at the top of this page will be revised.

For currently enrolled participants, we will communicate material changes by email with at least 14 days' notice before they take effect. Continued participation in your enrolled course after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We encourage you to review this page periodically. The version in effect at the time of your enrollment will apply to your course unless a subsequent revision materially affects your rights, in which case we will seek your explicit agreement.
